I need help

And let me say it for you, to save you the bother of typing it in the comments: "Well, C. Beth, we all KNEW you needed help! Serious help!"

Now that we're past that....

I'm leaving next Monday with my one- and three-year-old perfect travelers (thinking optimistically here) to visit my sister and her family. It should be a great visit in Boston with "Uncle Becki," as she's known around these parts.

And...I'm not going to blog while I'm there. So I thought it would be fun to set up guest posts. I'd need six of them if I want to fill up every day. And if you write a guest post for me, I will happily return the favor and write a brilliant guest post for your blog. (Well, maybe the brilliant part is kinda still up in the air.)

If you'd like to gain lots of fame and zero fortune by writing a post for my blog (complete, of course, with a link to your blog), please comment here or e-mail me at cbethblog (at) gmail (dot) com.

Thanks!

Well, I am not terribly exciting, nor do I know how the whole guest post thing works, but I would love to write a guest post for you! And I would also love to have you as a guest on my blog! I am always looking for new readers!

I wish you all the best with your "perfect travelers"! :) I'd love to be a guest poster, and as Tia mentioned, would love to have you guest post at some point as well! :)

You know I'm game, but I'm only it it for the fortune ...

Okay, you ALL rock. Dan even already e-mailed me a post! So I have five and would happily welcome one more guest post for my vacation.

And if there's more than six that want to guest-post, we can certainly do that! I'd love to have extra guest posts in my "back pocket" to use on writer's block days. Now I gotta get workin' on my posts for all of your blogs!

What are the rules regarding these postings? I am sure that I could come up with a grand and funny story that causes somebody to burn their nose with coffee again (and then sue me), but my normal drab affair would bore your readers

Hey, this text is blue, that means CLICKIE

Barga--Actually, I'm flexible. As long as it fits with the general atmosphere of my blog (i.e., I wouldn't be embarrassed for my parents to read it) it's good. Your post on why Burris (sp?) from Illinois should keep his Senate seat was actually interesting. Funny is of course always good too. Are you in?

Put me in your back pocket ;) I'd love to do a guest post and vice versa, but I think I'm a big slow in volunteering!

Hi Beth-
Say hello to Uncle Becki for me!
I would of course help you out. I am about to write a post-Easter post on the TIE dying of the eggs (with actual ties no less!) that might be of interest. But I also see that your loyal subjects have come through. It will be interesting to see how it all pans out! Keep me in mind for the future! Enjoy the day...and your trip!

Oh, I want to play too! If you put me in your back pocket, I'll wander over to The One-Minute Writer and find inspiration from one of the olders posts and email it to you once I've written it up.

Deal?
