While some important elements of the law are still going into effect (such as ensuring that crib paint is lead-free), much of the enforcement of the law has been delayed for one year so that

I am so glad to hear this. Finally, a little common sense prevails.
That's great news, and I hope they'll get it all sorted out. I love me some Etsy when I'm buying for my girls!
Debbie--I hope common sense continues to prevail as they make their clarifications over the next year.
Kara--I sure hope they do too and that we're in a much better place in a year--safer but without harming businesses uncessarily!
