Sampa's Snack
Mix, to taste...
Yogurt (I use plain)
Berries (I use frozen, thawed in microwave)
Granola (I use homemade CrockPot granola)

Yes, it's similar to the Parfait sold at McDonald's. But it sure is nice knowing exactly what's in it--and knowing that what's in it is good stuff.
Enjoy!

Looks yummy. I'll have to recommend the addition of granola to Joe. He declared last week on vacation that his new favorite breakfast is: plain yogurt and fresh blueberries. I mean, fantastic. Even *I* can make that without screwing it up. But this from the guy who loves eggs benedict, waffles, crepes...
I wish I had that bowl of yummy right now.
I make my own granola as well, and always have yogurt and berries in the fridge/freezer:-) Dan and Russell love this for breakfast and I am pleased to know it is 150% healthy as well! Glad summer is here so we can get some fresh berries:-)
Granola (known as muesli over here) is one of my favourite suppers. And sometimes add fresh fruit. I've never tried it with yoghurt though - a new one to experiment with.
It looks wonderful. I'll have to try it!
Sounds wonderful. I wish I read this before I went food shopping today, I have everything except the yogurt! I guess I'll go to market again tomorrow.
I love it. Sounds great!!
