Six Word Saturday!

Going to my first Farmer's Market.

Amazing I've never been to a Farmer's Market, isn't it? There is a new one beginning in a town very close to my little suburb, so I'm taking the kids this morning. I'm excited!

Join Six Word Saturdays by clicking the link above! If you don't mind, let me know in the comments section that you played; I may check it out.

Have a great weekend!

I participated for the first time today, today wasn't too hard of a challenge for me, but other weeks it'll be fun to think of just six words.

I can't wait to hear what you thought. I love our Farmer's Market, though I admit we're spoiled rotten - it's only about 5 miles from the house and open 7 days a week year round. (Wish I could remember that though because I tend to forget in the off-season). We're going to try to pop over today or tomorrow actually, see what there is to see.

Thanks for playing!

Enjoy your time at the farmers market.
It's a new concept here in the city I'm currently living in and it's extremely popular.
We thoroughly enjoy our visits and always come home with wonderful produce.

best wishes

LOVE the Farmer's Market! Although the one that I prefer is about a half hour drive from my house, so it's not convenient to go every week. The one that's more convenient is a few blocks from where I work, but - there are some stands that sell bananas and oranges...in April. So it makes me wonder how much of that stuff is actually grown locally. My preferred location only allows vendors that actually sell local goods, which to me is a big part of a Farmer's Market.

Hope you enjoyed your experience!
