Well, it's been 2 1/2 weeks since a few of us agreed to start doing
bicycle ab exercises. How's it going? If you haven't gotten started, now's still a good time. It seems to be making a difference for me! Not ready to post any before and after pics...but I do think I'm seeing a gradual tightening of my former baby belly!

Ha! Not a whole lot of comments here yet ... like, none...
After you have really started to get a lot closer to the change you're wanting to see, what's nice about these exercises is that you can just do them a couple of times a week (for maintenance) or every 2-3 days (for more, but slightly slower, progress). I have read that you're supposed to start doing a different type of ab exercise after several weeks, because your body gets too used to what you're doing, but haven't actually found that to be true.

Becki--That's good to know! I'm still not in a perfect habit and do miss some days but I find it goes quickly when I do it. I may even keep trying to do it every day just to keep up with the habit, even after my tummy's where I want it to be.
