Babies in da Hood

In October our weather is indecisive. Today it's rainy; earlier this week it was warm. But last week we took a walk on a particularly nippy morning, and as much as I know I'll be sick of bundling up two kiddos in a couple of months, they sure did look darn cute after months of short sleeves.

Forgive the weird look on Chickie's face. I was telling her to smile, and she sure was trying, but it's hard with a mouth full of Itty Bitty Bistro PB&J Oatmeal-to-Go Bars.

Isn't it so fun to start breaking out the warm clothes? Kate has that some cute little jacket. As me in two months how I feel about winter clothes and I'll probably have to edit the bad words out ...

We had that jacket last fall. Loved it! And of course Ellie and Enzo are arranged for marriage. Isn't that what all good parents do?

Ugh! I realized when walking Molly to the T the other day that we need to break out the gloves for some of these cold mornings. (Luckily, since then, it's warmed up again.) Her poor little hands were so cold, they were red. I can't say I'm excited about the arrival of Fall here. I do think that when we put her in her snowsuit and snowboots for the first time, though, I might melt a little from the cuteness.

I LOVE Eli's jacket!

Lyndsay & Tia--We actually had that jacket last year too...this is it! :) I need to dig out her 3T winter clothes and probably need to buy more. But for now her 2Ts are working in a pinch....

Becki--Be sure to send a pic of Molly in her snowsuit (preferably with arms sticking straight out in homage to A Christmas Story.)

Very cute. And I think Chickie's face is very appropriate, considering the title of your post. She looks hard core! LOL

Abby has that sweatshirt, too! Who knew legions of January 06 baby girls were wandering around in it last year, eh? :-)
