You see, we have a big ol' cowlick gene in my side of the family--and boy, did I pass it on to Zoodle. He has distinct cowlicks in the front and the back, and it's hard to effectively work with both.
So, while the front is a preppy pompadour...
...his profile makes him look like a wannbe '80s rocker.
But he's my little rocker, and I think he's adorable.

How did I never notice that picture at the side, with Jason's fingers squishing your head? That is hilarious!!
LOL, Becky--I just put that head squishing pic there a few days ago. I was trying (unsuccessfully) to take a good picture of myself with the webcam, and Jason came and started messing around. We both got the giggles as we tried to get the perfect head-squishing picture. ;)

A haircut?! I can't do that! It's funny, I never understood why mothers of boys had trouble getting themselves to do that first haircut. I understand now--I don't want to touch that precious hair! :) I will get it cut eventually but for now...I'll enjoy the crazy hair.

Eli has such cute hair! Cowlicks and all! Simply adorable.
Garrett has two cowlicks, but not much hair at those locations. It will be interesting to see how they play into his hairdo later on! He is sporting a mullet and mohawk though!
I wonder, did you have all the heartburn they say you'll get while pregnant and carrying a baby with a full head of hair?
mommy vern--Nope, not too much heartburn! So it appears the old wives are wrong in this case. ;) I'm thankful I didn't have to put up with awful heartburn in order to have a kid with a full head of hair!
