Zoodle is three years old today! To celebrate the funny, sweet little guy that he is, here's a little 12-second conversation I had with him yesterday:
And yes...it IS hard to be mad at him when he's being such a cutie patootie.
If you're in the mood to be touched in your heart instead of your funny bone, you can check out my post from one year ago today, when I shared a poem I wrote about Zoodle's birth. It's one of my favorite things I've written.
Zoodle, you gave Daddy and me a son; you gave Chickie a brother; and you give the world joy. Happy third birthday!

Happy Birthday Zoodle!
Beth, I love how you interrogate your kids on film. You should keep that up even when they are teenagers. "Anything you say can, and will, be documented for my amusement."
Happy Birthday Zoodle! :)
I was shocked to find that I have been following your blog for over a year now! (I remembered the poem you posted for Zoodle's last birthday!)Time is just flying!
I have a very similar picture of my little one with marker all over her stomach and chest, but her older sister did it to her!!! Ah, these crazy kids... always keeping us on our toes!
I hope that Zoodle has a fantastic day!
It looked like war paint. Or maybe he was just trying to be festive for the upcoming birthday? Either way, adorable. Happy birthday Zoodle!
Happy Birthday Z! He is so, so cute!
