"You aren't going to believe Zoodle when we come home," I told The Engineer during our first, long leg of travel several weeks ago. "He'll be having full conversations with you."
That wasn't quite true, but Zoodle has definitely reached a phase of language explosion. It's really fun as a mom to listen to all his new words. Some of my favorites:
"Hhamm" (Hammer, our dog)
"Kay!" (Okay)
"I" (Ice, which he likes to eat)
and best of all,
"Dada," which he finally said recently when he saw The Engineer's photo on my blog. "D" isn't one of his commonly-used sounds, so "dada" was a long time coming.

Nice work, Zoodle :)
Go Zoodle go! I was afraid, given the topic on your other blog, that perhaps Zoodle had added a rather unfortunate word to his vocab. Glad to see that's not at all the case.
We hung out with our friends who have a 14-month-old (roughly) and he's limited mostly to "ADAT" and pointing. Which is superior to screaming so all good.
Awww, that is such an exciting time. When everything they say is really, really cute.
It was fun to witness yesterday at church. I especially enjoyed the close-mouthed words he said that I actually understood. He rocks!
Awww....he's growing so fast! I love all these little moments!
